若您是第一次使用，请至右方 “Sign up for a New Account” 连结建立新帐 号。进入页面后，请依指示输入自选的 User ID 和 Password, 以及您的个人资料。完成并送出后，您将立即收到一封来自 “San Jose Chinese Catholic Mission <og@parishsoft.com>” 的 email 要求您确认 email address, 请按下 email 中提供的确认连结以完成帐号建立及确认。
如您已有帐号，请输入您的“用户名” User ID (不是Email) 和密码 Password 登入。
若您忘记用户名 User ID 或密码，请按下右方 “Forgot User ID” 或 “Password”, 再依指示输入您的 email address。您将会收到一封来自 “San Jose Chinese Catholic Mission <og@parishsoft.com>” 的 email, 告知您的 User ID，或是提供连结以重新设定 (reset) 新的密码。
在您取回 User ID 及 Password 后，即可回到首页输入 User ID 或新设定的 密码进入系统。
如您未从Online Giving 收到电子邮件通知，则可能是因为邮件被送到了您的 Junk 或 Spam folder。请至您的 Junk 或 Spam folder 查看, 并可将 Online Giving email address og@parishsoft.com 加入您的安全名单 contacts list, 以确保未来的电子邮件直接发送至 Inbox。
在第一次进入系统后，您需要先设定 “My Payment Method”。可以选择绑定您的银行支票帐户或信用卡帐户。这个帐户您可以随时更换。
完成设定 “My Payment Method” 后，您便可回到主页面 “Give a New Gift” 设定您的奉献。可依选项选择一次性或定期奉献。
您将在设定奉献日期的 3-5 天前收到 email 提醒，您仍可在奉献日期前随时 变更。

User Account Setup
First time user，click “Sign up for a New Account” to setup account.
Enter User ID, Password and personal information.
After complete and submit，you will receive a confirmation email from “San Jose Chinese Catholic Mission <og@parishsoft.com>”. Please follow instruction on email to confirm your account setup.
Returning user，please enter your User ID (not email) and Password to sign-in.
If you forgot your User ID or Password，Please click “Forgot User ID or Password” to retrieve. After submit your email address, you will receive a email from “San Jose Chinese Catholic Mission <og@parishsoft.com>” to inform your User ID, or a link to reset your password.
After your retrieve your User ID or reset Password，go to Online Giving homepage to signin.
If you cannot find email from “San Jose Chinese Catholic Mission <og@parishsoft.com>”, please check your Junk mail or Spam folder. In addition, please add Online Giving email address og@parishsoft.com into your contacts list to ensure all future email receive in your Inbox.
Payment Method Setup & Start your offering
Before starting to give a gift, you must setup your payment method.
Click “My Payment Method”. You may link to your bank account or Credit Card.
You may change your payment method any time.
Now you may click “Give a New Gift” to start your offering. You may choose one-time gift or recurring.
You will receive reminder email 3-5 days prior to your payment date. The date can be changed anytime before it’s coming.
