(恭读宗徒大事录 Acts 2:1-11)
五旬节到了，众人都聚集在一起。忽然，从天上来了一阵响声，好像暴风颳来，充满了他们所在的那座房屋。有火一般的舌头出现，分别停留在他们每一个人的头上，众人都充满了圣神，照圣神赐给他们的能力，说起别种语言来。那时，住在耶路撒冷的，有从天下各国来的虔诚犹太人。 这声音一响，就聚集了许多人，都非常惊奇，因为人人都听见他们说各人本乡的话。他们惊讶奇怪地说：「你看，这些说话的不都是加里肋亚人吗？我们每人怎么听见他们说我们出生地的话呢？我们中间有帕提雅人、玛代人、厄蓝人和居住在美索不达米亚、犹太和卡帕多细雅、本都和亚细亚、夫黎基雅和旁非里雅、埃及和靠近基勒乃的利比亚一带的人，以及侨居的罗马人、犹太人和归依犹太教的人、克里特人和阿拉伯人。我们都听见他们用我们的语言，讲论天主的奇妙作为！」 —— 上主的圣言

When the time for Pentecost was fulfilled,
they were all in one place together.
And suddenly there came from the sky
a noise like a strong driving wind,
and it filled the entire house in which they were.
Then there appeared to them tongues as of fire,
which parted and came to rest on each one of them.
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit
and began to speak in different tongues,
as the Spirit enabled them to proclaim.

Now there were devout Jews from every nation under heaven staying in Jerusalem.
At this sound, they gathered in a large crowd,
but they were confused
because each one heard them speaking in his own language.
They were astounded, and in amazement they asked,
“Are not all these people who are speaking Galileans?
Then how does each of us hear them in his native language?
We are Parthians, Medes, and Elamites,
inhabitants of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia,
Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia,
Egypt and the districts of Libya near Cyrene,
as well as travelers from Rome,
both Jews and converts to Judaism, Cretans and Arabs,
yet we hear them speaking in our own tongues
of the mighty acts of God.”

【答】上主，求祢嘘气，使大地焕然一新。

1. 我的心灵，你要赞颂上主；我的天主，祢何其伟大。祢的工程多采多姿，万有都是祢的果实，祢的受造物充满了大地。
2. 上主，祢若收回牠们的气息，牠们就会归于灰土。祢一嘘气，万物化生，并使大地焕然一新。
3. 愿上主的光荣永世常存。愿上主喜爱自己的工程！愿我的默祷蒙上主喜悦，我要因上主而欢乐。

(恭读圣保禄宗徒致格林多人前书 1 Cor 12:3b-7, 12-13)
弟兄们：除非受圣神感动，没有一个人能说：「耶稣是主」。神恩虽有区别，却是同一的圣神所赐；职务虽有区别，所侍奉的却是同一的主；工作的效能虽有区别，却是同一的天主，在人们身上所推动的。圣神显现在每个人身上，都是为了众人的好处。正如身体只是一个，却有许多肢体；身体的肢体虽多，仍是一个身体；基督也是这样。因为我们众人，不论是犹太人，或是外邦人，或是为奴的，或是自由的，都因同一圣神受了洗，成了一个身体，又都是同一圣神所滋润的。 —— 上主的圣言
Brothers and sisters:
No one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.

There are different kinds of spiritual gifts but the same Spirit;
there are different forms of service but the same Lord;
there are different workings but the same God
who produces all of them in everyone.
To each individual the manifestation of the Spirit
is given for some benefit.

As a body is one though it has many parts,
and all the parts of the body, though many, are one body,
so also Christ.
For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body,
whether Jews or Greeks, slaves or free persons,
and we were all given to drink of one Spirit.

You, of comforters the best; You, the soul’s most welcome guest; Sweet refreshment here below;

在劳苦中，祢是憩息；在酷热里，祢是清风；在悲痛时，祢是慰藉。
In our labor, rest most sweet; Grateful coolness in the heat; Solace in the midst of woe.

祢是幸福的真光，求祢照耀着我们，充满祢信者的身心。
O most blessed Light divine, Shine within these hearts of yours, and our inmost being fill!

除非有祢的帮助，人便一无所有，人更一无是处。
Where you are not, we have naught, Nothing good in deed or thought, Nothing free from taint of ill.

求祢洗净我们的污秽，医治我们的创伤，滋润我们的憔悴。
Heal our wounds, our strength renew; On our dryness pour your dew; Wash the stains of guilt away:

求祢驯服顽强的人，温暖冷酷的心，引导迷途的人脱离迷津。
Bend the stubborn heart and will; Melt the frozen, warm the chill; Guide the steps that go astray.

凡是信赖祢的人，求祢扶助，赐与丰富的恩宠，施以慈爱的照顾。
On the faithful, who adore and confess you, evermore in your sevenfold gift descend;

求祢赏赐我们修德的能力，赐给我们善终的洪恩，施给我们永福的欢欣。
Give them virtue’s sure reward; Give them your salvation, Lord; Give them joys that never end.

那一周的第一天黄昏时，门徒聚在一起，因为怕犹太人，就把门户都关上。耶稣来了，站在他们当中，对他们说：「愿你们平安！」说了这话，便把手和肋旁指给他们看。耶稣来了，站在他们当中，对他们说：「愿你们平安！」说了这话，便把手和肋旁指给他们看。说了这话，就对他们吹了一口气，说：「你们领受圣神罢！你们赦免谁的罪，谁的罪就得赦免；你们不赦免谁的罪，谁的罪就不得赦免。」 —— 基督的福音

On the evening of that first day of the week,
when the doors were locked, where the disciples were,
for fear of the Jews,
Jesus came and stood in their midst
and said to them, “Peace be with you.”
When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side.
The disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.
Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you.
As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”
And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them,
“Receive the Holy Spirit.
Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them,
and whose sins you retain are retained.”
